These Promotions & Discount Code Terms govern all promotional offers, discount codes, voucher codes, giveaways and marketing campaigns offered by Yanutta® (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By redeeming a promotion or using a discount code on our website, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and all other applicable website policies.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, discount code or campaign at any time without prior notice.

General Promotion Terms

where we reasonably believe there has been:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yanutta® shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

• Discount code or pricing errors

• Promotions becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These Promotions & Discount Code Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.

If you are a consumer living in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable within your country of residence.
